How to Find Available Equipment for Jobs
Quickly find available equipment in Local Business Pro. Filter by status and category to locate tools and vehicles for jobs.
Quick Answer: Go to Operations > Equipment, set the Status filter to "Available", and optionally filter by Category. Browse the results to find equipment ready for use.
Finding Available Equipment
- Navigate to Operations > Equipment
- Click the Status filter dropdown
- Select Available
- Optionally filter by Category if looking for specific type
- Browse the filtered results
- Click on equipment to see full details
- Assign to the team member who needs it
Using the Stats Cards
The stats cards at the top show quick counts: Total, Available, With Team, At Properties, and Maintenance. The Available card tells you how many items are ready for assignment without filtering.
