How to Define Your Service Area for AI Lead Qualification
Set up your service area in Local Business Pro so your AI can tell customers whether you serve their location.
Quick Answer: Go to AI Logic > Business Details > Service Area. Enter a description of where you provide services, including cities, neighborhoods, or radius from your location. Your AI uses this to qualify leads.

When customers call, your AI can tell them whether you serve their area. This qualifies leads automatically and sets proper expectations before booking appointments.
Step-by-Step Setup
- Navigate to AI Logic > Business Details
- Find the Service Area section
- Enter a description of your coverage area
- Be specific: list cities, neighborhoods, counties, or zip codes
- Mention any areas you specifically don't serve
- Select your Timezone from the dropdown
- Click Save Changes
Example Service Area Descriptions
Radius-based: 'We serve customers within 25 miles of downtown Phoenix, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler.'
County-based: 'We provide service throughout Maricopa County and the western portion of Pinal County.'
Specific areas: 'Our service area includes the following zip codes: 85001, 85002, 85003, 85004, 85006, 85007, 85008.'
