Step-by-Step Guide: Configuring Business Hours Correctly
Set up your business hours in Local Business Pro so your AI receptionist and scheduling work correctly.
Quick Answer: Navigate to AI Logic > Business Details > Business Hours. Set opening and closing times for each day using the dropdowns. Mark non-working days as 'Closed' and use 'Open 24 Hours' for around-the-clock availability.
Why Business Hours Matter
Your business hours affect multiple features: your AI tells customers when you're available, scheduling respects your operating times, and after-hours behavior can differ.
Step-by-Step Configuration
- Navigate to AI Logic > Business Details
- Scroll to the Business Hours section
- For each day of the week:
- Select the Opening Time from the dropdown (times in 30-min increments)
- Select the Closing Time from the dropdown
- For days you're closed, select Closed
- For 24-hour availability, select Open 24 Hours
- Click Save Changes when done
