24/7 availability requires setup in three areas: business hours, AI behavior, and call forwarding. This ensures customers get help anytime and emergencies reach the right person.
Step 1: Set Business Hours
- Navigate to AI Logic > Business Details
- Scroll to Business Hours
- Set every day to Open 24 Hours
- Click Save Changes
Step 2: Configure AI for Emergencies
- Navigate to AI Logic > Receptionist
- Add a Rule: 'Always ask if this is an emergency'
- Add FAQ: 'Do you offer emergency service?' with your answer
- Add Business Info: Emergency service areas, rates, response time
- Click Save Changes
Step 3: Set Up Emergency Forwarding
- Navigate to Connect > Phone
- Create a Forwarding Group named 'Emergency On-Call'
- Add phone numbers for emergency staff
- Your AI can now transfer urgent calls to this group
