How AI Extraction Works

Step-by-Step Setup
- Navigate to Settings > Records & Templates
- Go to Custom Fields tab
- Open a field for editing (or create new)
- Toggle AI Extraction to ON
- Write clear extraction instructions
- Set confidence threshold (80% recommended to start)
- Click Save
- Test with a call mentioning the relevant information
