How to Hide or Show the "Need Help?" Chat Prompt

Toggling the Help Prompt

  1. Navigate to Connect > Website Chat
  2. Click the Edit Style button
  3. Find the Show Help Prompt toggle
  4. Turn ON to show the bubble (default)

  7. Click Save to apply
