Choose and customize the chat widget icon in Local Business Pro. Pick from avatar, paper plane, or conversation bubble icons.

Quick Answer: Go to Connect > Website Chat > Edit Style, find the Chat Icon section, and choose from Receptionist (your AI's avatar), Paper Plane, Comment Bubble, or Discussion icons.

Available Icon Options

  • Receptionist - Shows your AI's configured avatar photo for a personal touch
  • Paper Plane - Classic chat/messaging icon
  • Comment Bubble - Single conversation bubble
  • Discussion - Multiple bubbles suggesting conversation

Choosing the Right Icon

  1. Navigate to Connect > Website Chat
  2. Click the Edit Style button
  3. Find the Chat Icon section
  4. Click through the options to preview each
  5. Select the icon that best fits your brand
  6. Optionally adjust the Background Shape (circle or square)
  7. Click Save to apply
